In this 90-minute workshop, Kayla Wardell, founder of StoryTime Entertainment, LLC shares her recipe for creating engaging, interactive, and intentional story times for children ages 0-5 and their caregivers. Not only does she discuss the elements of a great story time, but she also gives several hands-on demonstrations of puppetry, flannel-board storytelling, baby sign integration, and interactive reading. Participants will leave this workshop with ideas and resources to enhance their story time programs in the library, the classroom, and beyond.
